Senior Personal Brand Editor

Senior video editor for the biggest personal brand creators on YouTube. You own the cut start to finish, long form, short form, VSLs and ad creative, inside our AI-assisted production system. This role is for editors who already deliver at a high level and want consistent projects with real career progression.
What You Will Do
- •Edit long form YouTube videos (10 to 20 min) from raw footage to final cut
- •Cut short form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) out of the existing long form
- •Edit VSLs and ad creative for client campaigns
- •Follow our SOP and production pipeline (ClickUp + Google Drive)
- •Work async with scriptwriters, project managers and creators
- •Use AI tools to speed up research, rough cuts and post-production
What We Are Looking For
- •Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects
- •Good pacing, story instincts and retention editing skills
- •Experience editing YouTube content (portfolio required)
- •Able to work inside systems and hit deadlines consistently
- •Reliable internet and solid async communication
- •Open to learning and using AI-assisted editing tools

Full long form start to finish. Your own animated graphics, worked b-roll and sound design.
